Mengyi Zhang is a Ph.D. candidate in the Leadership and Organizational Management Department at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. She has published several academic papers in top-tier international management journals, including the Journal of Management, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Journal of Business Research, and the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. Mengyi's research centers on team processes, particularly team adaptation and innovation. Her dissertation explores the impact of team members' voice behavior on the team innovation process. She has received comprehensive and rigorous training in management theory and research methodology, maintaining a high GPA at Tsinghua University.Previously, Mengyi was an experienced consulting manager in the Talent Management field. Mengyi earned her Master's Degree in Applied Psychology and has four years of experience as a Management Consultant. She is rapidly advancing in her career, actively participating in numerous consulting and leadership development programs. Mengyi has worked with leading Chinese organizations, such as Air China, Shanghai Jahwa, China Vanke, Industrial Bank, Liugong, Kuka Home, and Monarch-SW. She assists clients with talent development through assessments, talent reviews, and leadership development. Additionally, she was responsible for sales training in assessment products and managing the Chinese market for international leadership development curricula, including "The Extraordinary Leader" and "The Extraordinary Coach." Known for her intelligence and innovative approaches to leadership development program design and delivery, Mengyi has received high praise from every client she has served. Currently, she focuses on research and practice in talent selection and development. Mengyi is a Secondary National Psychological Counselor and a Secondary National Human Resources Management Counselor. She also holds certifications as a PDP International Human Resources Management Coach and an Everything DiSC Trainer from Wiley.
