•Design- Responsible for developing company’s quarterly plans and designed 24 jewellery projects from the concept to final design.- Designed three statement jewellery collections that displayed in the Fashion Week in Shanghai (2018, 2019, 2021) and London (2019, 2020); got selected by leading fashion retailers, including Lane Crawford and YOOX; covered by renowned fashion magazines, including BAZAAR and Grazia Magazine- Held regular cross-department meetings on trend analysis, project time management, material & craft study, etc.•Manufacturing Feasibility- Cooperated with supplier factories on developing new techniques and improve manufacturing capabilities- Partnered with Product Supply to source, evaluate and qualify new manufacturing partners and material suppliers•Wholesale-Developed sales strategies including pricing, best-seller forecasting and line sheet making, etc.-Responsible for the display of statement collections in the SHFW showroom and buyers-oriented sales•Marketing-Led the fashion photography and campaigns of the jewellery collections
