I manage teams in Odisha and work on the projects across the country.Earlier, I was leading the Project Management Unit for the District Mineral Foundation in Keonjhar, Odisha. This foundation was established under the Mine and Minerals Development and Regulation (Amendment) Act, 2015, and is chaired by the District Collector to benefit communities affected by mining-related operations in the district. Herein my main responsibilities included project preparation, coordinating with various stakeholders and departments, public procurement, and monitoring and evaluating project progress.Prior to this, I worked for three years as a Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellow in Dindori, Madhya Pradesh, one of India's most underdeveloped and Naxal-affected districts. This experience provided me with invaluable lessons on the essential aspects of administration, as well as the intricacies of dealing with government officials and departments. Additionally, working closely with the district collector and tribal communities, especially the PVTG Baiga, gave me a deep understanding of people's daily struggles for survival and their issues.I thrive in an environment that fosters innovation and open-mindedness. Furthermore, I enjoy working in a non-hierarchical structure and welcome feedback from team members. These attributes were developed during my time as a PMRDF and are important to me.In my free time, I enjoy reading about history, technology, finance, and movies. Despite my busy schedule, I always make time to plan and execute trips to explore new places with my loved ones.
