Menka Sanghvi is an author, researcher, social entrepreneur, mindfulness expert, contemplative photographer and mum who is exploring one question: "How can we be more human in this digital age?"Menka is the founder of Just Looking, a project that champions slowness and curiosity as foundational human capacities. She is also an advisor to Mind Over Tech and the author of Your Best Digital Life, which will be released in April 2025. She originally graduated as a physicist and philosopher of science from Cambridge University and then trained as a systems thinker with Forum for the Future.
