As a Human Resources Section Head , I am working closely with organizations senior staff and line managers to develop HR agenda in order to achieve organizational objectives, in my role I am focusing on many areas that resulted positively on business and organization performance; building a direct communication channels with line managers shaped with trust, supporting them to develop talent employee and retain high potential staff, recruiting the most fit who are equipped with needed skills, Setting budgets and objectives plus preparing & reviewing Staff payroll, communicating compensation and benefits structure and policies and explaining labor law, supporting and coaching them to implement performance management systems, assisting them to use better people management practices that align with organization’s present status, contributing in facilitation of change management, ensuring the proper delivery of HR initiatives. During my work I have developed and successfully implemented internal rules and regulations, implemented Code of Ethics, developed internal policies and procedures, i.e. recruitment procedures, disciplinary procedures, improving workflow in some areas within the organization, contributed in implementation of new commission system, and other projects.
