During my internship, I worked on a supplies and expenses optimization project. I utilized data analysis to identify cost- saving opportunities. I assessed purchasing patterns, inventory management, and supplier relationships. This allowed me to identify areas for improvement and potential cost savings.

Dealing with customers inquiries and complaints over the phone and web-chat, I was responsible for identifying the problem and offering solutions, which often involved troubleshooting, resolving network and connectivity issues, and providing guidance on device functionality. I had to communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers, and have experience in technical support inquiries, such as billing concerns, network coverage issues and upgrades. I also needed to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure that all service level agreements were met.In this role, I demonstrated exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. The ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations was also essential to the success of my role as a Technical Support Agent.
