Planning & Monitoring Process:* In collaboration with the Deputy Group OD Manager & People Development Specialty Manager as well as OD Team Members within Group, He / She will own OD projects within the assigned department and support implementation, as appropriate.* Participates in Competency Development by having full awareness of Departments Competencies & behavioral indicators, developing related assessment forms, following up implementation & progress and reporting final results.* Conducts Competencies Gap Analysis to identify the development needed. * Assists in creation of IDPs (Individual Development Plans) and follows up implementation. * Analyzes performance as well as behavioral capabilities post and pre competency assessment upon completion of IDPs to assess their effectiveness. * Responsible for delivering and supporting the delivery of all HR and organizational development programs across Andalusia BUs.* Supports OD team members in conducting historical data analysis studies as per request and/or possible impacts on job design upon requesting KPI and/or JD modification and advising about best case scenarios in addition to communicating unification across all BUs.Operational Excellence Process:* Analyzes data and conduct research of latest trends and best practices to support leadership, culture, and/or special projects. * Conducts research about the optimum structures for the assigned departments and updates organizational structures as needed.* Creates and updates job descriptions taking into consideration Strategic Direction, Structure & reporting lines, Departmental Objectives and Responsibilities Leveling & Demarcation. * Creates and updates competency profiles. * Updates job descriptions with competency profiles. * Maintains full understanding of departmental KPIs Tree and assists in creating Performance Management module for any newly added/created position.

- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.- Build networks from the advertising agencies to find qualified passive candidates.- Browse resume databases and portfolio sites- Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates- Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.- Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data.- Conduct interviews for the invited candidates using appropriate selection methods.- Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job families (time, costs, quality)

- Design job ads, source, recruit and headhunt candidates through different platforms.- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.- Conduct phone/face to face interviews.- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.- Prepare the employees personnel files.- Responsible for fingerprint system and attendance.- Prepare monthly report to clarify overtime and deductions.

- Effectively assisting walk-in customers and visitors by dealing with their queries efficiently.- Manage the customer transactions deposit/withdrawals with ATM.- Assisting and showing customers how to become active our digital enablement .
