Direct Marketing (July 2012- April 2014)*Campaign planning process:o Gathering all the planned campaigns for the quarter.o Arranging the campaigns according to their target segmentso Allocating the targeted segments then removing the conflicts between the segments according to their criteria in order to apply the contact rules.o Scheduling the campaigns on a monthly basis.*Campaign implementation:o Lead the end-to-end campaign implementation process in accordance with marketing plan, budget and goals.o Plan electronic delivery channels capacity and propose campaign prioritization.o Update campaign briefs and schedule the campaign implementation and prepare the scripts/text to be sent to targeted customers.o Apply sanity checks for campaign lists (Volumes, format, ..), and loading target lists into operating systems.o Control the daily activities and ensure the smooth operation for reaching the campaign objectives.o Follow up daily on electronic delivery team’s performance and solve problems when needed.o Track daily the SMS delivery reports and solve any delivery issue.o Report efficiency of the overall campaign for acquiring high-value prospects and report the regularity integrated results.o Identifying areas for campaign results improvement
