Responsibilities:Working with VeryNile’s team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.Directing and executing artistic and creative functions of VeryNile and VeryNile’s sub-projects [logo design, branding, art direction and graphic design]Designing and executing artistic installations to raise awareness about plastic waste.

Responsibilities:Working with VeryNile’s shop artisans to produce new ideas for designs, production lines and up-cycling techniques.Researching and developing new production techniques and up-cycled materials used.Mentoring and training the artisans to develop their skill set. Shaping brand standards, identity and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.Setting quality guidelines with the artisans for production and end-products. Supervising the artisans’ daily workflow, assigning project workloads, making production plans and monitoring deadlines and budgets.Working with external partners to create joint products and collections using the most current industry best practices.Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions with VeryNile.shop’s team.Shouldering the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team.Developing strategy and business model to enable growth and circularity, and setting required metrics. Designing products for B2C and B2B clients. Participating in and providing regular opportunities for professional development and growth to the brand and the artisans.Creating and designing visuals and illustrations for the website, shop, all media assets, and all social and digital advertising content.Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans. Directing and executing creative/artistic shoots.
