• Develops and delivers Robotics & Coding training modules and workshops.• Develop training plans and meeting agendas with Project Team leadership using provided training materials and lessons learned.• Develop maintenance robotic training program and perform the training. • Provides functional work guidance to temporary instructors and may provide functional guidance to permanent instructors. • Overall responsibility for all robotic related applications

 Assigned for Projects/Subprojects in EQUATE petrochemical (Kuwait), KOC (Kuwait), KNPC (Kuwait) applying the following; Developing and deploying Human-Machine Interface (HMI) elements for process automation products (basically Honeywell’s current DCS: Experion PKS) Domain Knowledge-Hands on DCS/PLC/SCADA. Build Experion control schemes (Static drawings, Dynamic Linking, VB scripting). Migrated customer’s displays from one release to latest with testing and acceptance (Basically releases R210, R211, R301, R310 and R400 with control of HPM, C200 and C300). Build CMs, C200 Points and Scada Points. GUS displays modification, addition, and creation. TPS Background. Matrikon Displays Building, modifications and dynamic linking. Understanding of P & ID and convert them to HMI Displays. Design and development of displays and database, multi-window management tool, document generation, and testing on both internal and customer facilities. Attending FATs (Factory Acceptance test) and SATs (Site Acceptance test). Contributes to the design and usability of a product throughout the conceptualization, development, and implementation process. Works with product development, product engineering, product marketing, and related departments to coordinate usability support. Interfaces with design engineers to establish system design, operating, and training requirements and to ensure optimized human-machine interfaces. Develops effective design solutions that meet business, project and design goals. Understand customer’s needs by developing use cases/personas and conducting user research efforts. Assigned as a support engineer for graphical issues.
