Fiber Network Design (FTTH): I had all the responsibilities of a planning engineer such as:- Design Planning: Create detailed network designs, including the layout of fiber optic cables, distribution points, and connections to customer premises.- CAD Drawings: Use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to produce detailed network diagrams and schematics.- Route Planning: Plan optimal routes for fiber cables, considering factors like distance, ease of installation, and minimizing interference.- Equipment Selection: Choose appropriate network equipment (e.g., splitters, Optical Line Terminals (OLT), Optical Network Units (ONU)) based on the network's design and capacity requirements.- As-built Drawings: Create As-built drawings using AutoCAD to show all the work done precisely.- Google Earth: relate the work with it's coordinates to check the reliability of duct and cable lengths and to specify the positions of boxes and cabinets.I also had experience with technical office work like:- Studying POs & BOQs- Creating cross connections and test sheets- Creating quantity surveying sheets
