This time I prefer a different approach, because sometimes a lot of people and organizations forget the simple 'Why?' Why do we do what we do? Why does this matter? Why this project? Why that specific tactic or strategy?In my work and life starting with 'WHY?' is crucial. For meaning and purpose but also for enhancing that passion and impact.In my professional life I worked and collaborated in almost any level and role. Because of that experience I put people and culture first and results second. So If results matter you the most: Look elsewhere. In my opinion they inevitably need each other: For sharing passion, finding purpose and therefore creating succes.So let's talk about 'why?'!On a personal note: Love to play percussion, swim, play piano, ski and cook.
