As Senior Product Manager / Owner I’m responsible for the overall Data Analytics and Reporting vision and strategy of the company. Guiding multiple scrum teams consisting of architects, analysts, developers and UX designersProcessing more than a billion transactions a year (for some of the biggest Gaming, Travel and Retail merchants) generates usage amounts of data. I’m responsible for making products and services that help our customers make better and faster business decisions based on data.How can we leverage our data to help our customers, and what are the best ways to extract and share the information / knowledge that is hidden in the data is a question I constantly ask myself.

My proudest achievements: • Elevate: From Idea to full roll out, launched a Business Intelligence tool that visualizes our merchants performance and benchmarks their performance against their industry through several interactive dashboards.• Tokenization: Launched a tokenization services aimed at improving conversion rate for recurring consumers and reducing PCI cost and complexity.• Mobile payment page: Responsible for the release for a special mobile optimized payment page that adepts to the screen of the consumer aimed at optimizing conversion rate’s on mobile devices.

• Responsible for launching an online advertising system used daily by over 2500 car dealerships. A key tool to manage their online presence. • Worked closely with parties such as eBay (Marktplaats), Sanoma and TMG to help our shared customers reach their consumers.• Translating customer needs to requirements and functional designs.• Managing several products throughout all stages of the Product Life Cycle
