    In this role, I managed and was HR responsible for three teams, totalling 23 FTE. The International Business Service was the Network Operations Center of KPN International. Open 24x7 for 365 days per year, they monitored all alarms and were responsible for resolving all errors and outages on the managed services for our customers, such as the Wide Area Network and Firewall services.The Service Management team consisted of three professional service managers, responsible for a variety of large enterprise customers and working on the customer satisfaction in assisting them where possible, including regular reporting on SLA's and KPI's.The Sales Support team was responsible for all quote related and administrative actions, supporting all Sales colleagues in their daily business.Outside of the regular HR responsibilities, another large part of my job was navigating the teams through the new way of working after a part of KPN International had been sold to an American telco company. The teams that I managed had remained with KPN International and needed to be integrated into the larger KPN National organization.
