Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) was a highly competitive 2 year rotational global program that aims at creating a pipeline of future IM leaders for GE. The IMLP program consisted of 4 six month rotations across GE Businesses that allowed one to gain exposure to diverse businesses, Technology and Functional processes.
