Post the pandemic there was a dire need to create a business that would cater to long term sustainability and provide financial support so I decided to dip into the world of organic farming practices. This is when I stumbled upon ways to mass produce enriched organic fertilizers.Green Lea Organics based in Murbad, Thane is in association with Pure Fresh Dairy Farm which is situated at Vasantwadi, Dahanu. We produce enriched solid & liquid organic compost alongside 100% natural vermicompost which is extremely essential for soil nurturing, plant growth and quality yield in organic farming, home gardening and pot-plantations. We aim to preserve this ethos of nature within all forms of agriculture and horticulture.

As a creative associate producer, we worked on bringing ideas to life in the world of media production for the agency & clients in collaborative environments where innovation and teamwork drove the creative process.

- Collaborated on diverse teams for successful ad-campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across departments.- Led pre-production, conducting research, scouting locations, and casting talent.- Assisted the director during shoots, managing logistics and schedules.- Partnered with Executive producers to monitor budgets while preserving creative vision.- Managed client relationships, fostering satisfaction through effective communication.- Directed post-production activities, providing feedback on edits, color grading, VFX, and sound design.

Worked alongside the tournament director, executing the first Mumbai T20 Cricket League held at the prestigeous Wankhede stadium. My role was assisting & overlooking brand sponsorship services while also managing logistics for the entire tournament spanning over 40 days.
