Focused on operational management and business development on one side and logistics, production, transport, ICT and human capital on the other side. Knows how to implement changes, how to manage continuous improvement and how to realize projects within an organization with success, despite of complex conditions and many stakeholders.Core competence, Ambition & Motivation,­­As part of business development, setting up and realizing “greenfield operations” like departments, sites and business units (including Reverse Logistics). Improve client satisfaction and logistic performance by translating business processes and requirements into Service Level Agreements and implementing them together with KPI’s and Activity Based Costing in order to realize a flexible, high quality and financially effective business.­My passion and mission is to transform a total organization to the next level of client satisfaction, logistic performance and financially effectiveness by means of continuous improvement management, LEAN management or using the SCRUM methodology.
