Responsible for:- Managing and Conducting end-to-end Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Screening, Interview, Selecting, Offering)- Welcoming & Managing Orientation for new Employee (onboarding)- Help in creating & applying SOP and Job Desc- Help in creating Company's structure- Payroll recap, pay slip, employee assurance- Conducting Weekly & Monthly meeting- Conducting Exit Interview- Weekly report (direct report to CEO)- Coordination with HR Consultant- Help in managing General Affairs
