👨🏽‍💻 I am the Lead QA for TPRM module (Third Party Risk Management). I started at this team when this feature was just an MVP in 2022, and helped the team to scale it into a widely adopted feature of our application, with a multi million dollar ARR. TPRM was recognized in 2023 with a Global InfoSec Award from Cyber Defense magazine.Some of my key contributions and responsibilities are:• Helped QA team to migrate more than 1.000 automated tests from WebdriverIO framework to Playwright;• Automated the entire E2E and API Test Suite for TPRM module from scratch on Playwright;• Supervising a junior manual QA engineer on TPRM team;• Adding performance/load tests using K6;• Adding ember acceptance tests to cover Accessibility test gaps;• Executing automated tests to identify defects and ensure that our application meets specified requirements;• Maintaining our test automation framework + GitHub Actions workflows;• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers to ensure the best quality of our software;• Participating in developer's code reviews to ensure features have appropriate test coverage by lower level tests (unit, integration, acceptance, API);• Participating in QA code reviews• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices for automated testing and test automation frameworks;• Writing and maintaining test documentation;• Performing manual testing of new functionalities and supporting their release to production;• Participating in project planning and estimation to ensure testing is appropriately scoped and prioritized.

After joining the Flatlay team, the challenges and daily requirements of my role were entirely based in testing the core functionality of the web-application as well as UI/UX. In my day to day I primarily focused on:• Analyzing client requirements to ensure they are accurately implemented• Write easy-to-follow bug reports using videos or images, tracking defects through JIRA• Performing smoke, functional, boundary, integration and user interface testing of web-based and mobile applications• Performing testing of iOS native app• Experience in RESTful web service testing and validating JSON formatted data• Test case automation of the web based application by utilizing Cypress framework• Checkout code from GIT repository and compile builds locally• Test case development and maintenance of the test procedures through QASE• Performing manual user testing of the iOS application through TestFlight• Web services testing using Postman• Writing SQL queries to perform backend data validation• Troubleshooting and debugging core functionality• Support releases of new features to production

I had my own real estate company, where I was the construction engineer, supervising construction daily routine, ensuring that projects were built in accordance with specifications, managing project schedules and resources, performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections. I also created strategies for sales and marketing of our products together with partner companies.
