Reporting to the Operations Director, responsible for leading a team of 16 front line Customer Service / Sales Agents that service key client accounts including BMO, TD, MBNA, Group Aeroplan, Husky and Vancity . Accountable for ensuring the achievement of all call centre KPIs by motivating and coaching the team to achieve high levels of performance

Under the Life License Insurance, recruiting down line, building up finances for clients and protecting their futures, preparing financial analysis for clients and helping out with their taxes, maximizing their retiring plans, creatively working out plans for their old age security.Insurance: Life, Disability, Personal Health, Critical Illness Protection, Long-Term Care, Investments: RRSP, TFSA, ANNUITIES, GIC Group Insurance, Employee Benefits and Group Pensions

Reporting to the Manager Customer Service, responsible for coaching agents and handling escalations for key client accounts including BMO, TD, MBNA, Group Aeroplan, Husky and Vancity . Key achievements include:-Contributed to the launch of the new website (Globe 5) by training call center agents and creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations. Participated in new programs being introduced to the call center one of them being the BMO Travel card.-Managed numerous projects for irregular operations and fraud activities with credit card issues. Worked closely with Accounts Department to reconcile supplier charges with client reservations.-Maintained confidentiality of both customer and company information to protect the customer and the company and to ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and rules.
