Travel: Along with working in technology and communications, I have been working in the travel industry since 2013. As an independent consultant with a well established travel agency, I help clients plan leisure vacations to domestic (U.S.) and international locations, including the Caribbean, Europe, and South America. Many of my clients enjoy multi-generational trips to Europe, the Caribbean, amusement parks, national parks, all inclusive resorts and bucket-list personalized itineraries.Technology & Communications: I have over 30 years of experience in technology and communications related roles including web design and production technology, project management, CRM and database administration, marketing and customer relations. I have played integral roles in transitioning from one CRM to another several times, working closely with IT, communications, and the CRM vendors. I have presented at professional conferences on several occasions and strive to help peers and colleagues not only how to use the platforms but to understand the larger capability so that they might imagine future uses and improvements.
