Current• Board member and partner in the strategic decision making for the company's business and organizational growth.• Managing, leading and paving the professional path for mid-level managers (in the field of safety, maintenance, construction, logistics, procurement, operational excellence, and production) and creating healthy collaborations to optimize processes.• Leading the expansion process of the company to establish a new factory, starting from constructing the strategic plan to the objectives and steps for implementation.• Building a transversal work plan that incorporates human resources, production processes (procurement, planning and logistics) and operational excellence, to meet business goals while managing the budget.• Initiating new processes to improve performance and save time and money through matrix management and cooperation with other departments.• Building optimal inventory mechanisms through long-term agreements and contracts that met the company's production needs, even during a global crisis (Covid-19).• Building indicators to evaluate the performance of various operational aspects and examine production processes, while continuously improving each part resulting in a reduction of errors and an increase in the production of products.
