Working as the Creative Writer for Google Assistant, an AI-powered virtual assistant developed by Google.My role is to make sure that conversations between Google Assistant and Vietnamese users go smoothly and naturally, which in turn encourages them to speak to Google Assistant more. By making sure that the use of language and references to popular culture are what Vietnamese users feel comfortable with, I ensure that users experience the same feelings as if they are talking to not just an AI Assistant but as their Vietnamese friends, while still maintain the persona of the Google Assistant.Google Assistant has launched its Vietnamese Persona in 6 May 2019 in Vietnam.
