Being a part of a group for building relationships with external developers community I was responsible for Yandex technical brand promotion for regional offices (Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod). Our main goals were to strengthen the company’s brand and to increase the number of prospective job applicants. My job duties included organizing technical events (meetups, conferences, hackathons), collaborating with external engineering communities, and collaborate with the team on creating «Yandex for developers» brand on social media. My targeted audience was frontend, mobile, and backend developers.

✔️ Organized several dozens of technological events for developers community (frontend, backend, mobile, Q&A) with a number of participants from 40 to 400 people.✔️ Started collecting attendees' feedback, created a feedback form template, and implemented it in all events.✔️ Collected and published previous events data (including speakers' biographies, talks' titles, and video recordings). Being a part of technologies promotion department my goal was to promote Yandex for external developers by means of organizing tech events. The main goals of events organization were the following:- to strengthen the company's brand among engineering communities; - to increase the number of prospective job applicants;- to promote technologies.
