• Developed a CNN predicting classifier model to detect bad printing labels from good ones. Improving the yield of the entire operation by 2% and reducing 500 man-hours for the inspection label operation. The model was trained on Azure Databrick and deployed on a Nvidia Jetson with camera device for inference.• Designed and implemented a real-time web app for SPC such as control charts for detection of production defects. The system design involves big data processing performed on Databrick and PySpark, a relation between Business SAP BO through a Selenium bot to fetch real-time data, and database to properly allocate data for SQL queries. The solution improves 3% yield of processes where the app was deployed by detecting out-of-control operations, the web app was developed on Python and Flask.

• Defined key new package design attributes that impact EMIB substrate capacity, using AI and Machine Learning models, while predicting significant outliers on numerical design attributes. This model was used as pipeline for supplier user application to predict the original values of detected outliers. • Developed systematic methods for documenting & transferring package key design attributes to suppliers, using Java UI for external users and VBA for internal users, with improved data quality to over 95% increased accuracy of capacity models for product dependent processes. Reducing a workload by 48 hours engineering-hours of a LRP cycle year.
