As Head of Product Development at Data Refinery Amsterdam, my key focus is on helping manufacturing companies become more effective and efficient through innovative, user-centric solutions.At the core of my role, I oversee the entire product development lifecycle - from researching and implementing new AI techniques, to perfecting the software interface based on direct client feedback.

Hillenraad Data Refinery, a data science consultancy active in the horticulture industry, is a collaboration between Hillenraad Partners and Data Refinery Amsterdam.With this partnership, expert knowledge of the horticulture industry is combined with deep knowledge of data science and its application to a wide range of organisations. Together we focus on empowering organisations to help them to become more data driven.

At DPA I took part in a data science traineeship. During this traineeship I worked together with Mathilde at Alliander on graph databases and optimizing their network. Besides learning on the job we also got training 1 day a week by Big Data Republic. In these trainings we got more familiar with the ins and outs of all sorts of data science models and tricks.

At Mezuro my job entails product development and product improvement, i.e. making and improving current algorithms to get more accurate and rich information. Moreover, I perform database restructuring, documentation maintenance, and data quality assessments.
