• In charge of account opening, domiciliation, CDs, Stock trading, etc …• Issue and deliver chequebook request and certificate letters.• Amend customers’ interest rates as necessary.• Achieve sales target by proactively contacting existing and potential customers and selling them the Bank’s products (Credit cards, Bancassurance, etc …)• Follow-up with customers after closing the sale.• Execute the Bank’s retail & commercial strategy.• Perform the filing & archiving of all related documents.• Handle customer’s inquiries and needs.• Renew existing and dormant files.• Follow up and implement the money laundry, FATCA & CRS regulations and rules.• Reviewing loan requests.• Assessing client’s financial status.• Evaluate credit worthiness and risks.• Contact client to gather financial data and documents.• Setup payment plans.• Maintain updated records of loan application.• Follow up with clients about loan renewals.• Monitor progress of existing loans• Assuring settlements of installments on times and following up with late payments• Rescheduling of non-performing loans.

• Handle all branch operations (Withdrawals, deposits, payments, exchanges, …)• Verify that the operations are performed accurately, and in compliance with existing regulations.• Ensure that all instructions received for processing are correctly authorized.• Examine checks deposited and determine proper funds availability based on regulation requirements and complete hold notices.• Process savings withdrawals.• Cash Checks: verify endorsement, receive proper identification and ensure validity.• Perform check clearing process.• Replenish ATMs and make the necessary accounting entries.• Maintain positive relations with all contacts and customers.• Redirect customers towards the customer service officer for loans, credit cards, debit cards and domiciliation.• Print the end of day journal and ensure its accuracy.• Perform the filing & archiving of all related documents.
