• To establish quantity take off for all works as per approved drawings and methods of evaluation and measurements. • Prepare bills of various quantities on a monthly basis.• To update BOQ in order to incorporate in the system.• Preparations & monitoring of daily Progress of Work.• Checking and commenting of weekly progress to be submitted to Planning Department. • Updating drawings and all related documents. • Supervision and monitoring of daily works activities at site.• Develop strong relationships with the clients and sub-contractors.• Review commercial enquires and contracts, regarding exposure to financial risk, and liabilities.• Preparation of preliminary costs, business overheads and profit margins for new contract rates.• Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation.• Representative at client meeting’s, discussing contract progress/delays and interim applications.• Management of employees at site, dealing with subcontractors and clients staff to progress works.• Final account preparation, contract variations, defects liabilities, retention and contract close out.
