• Inspection of Cable laying for different type of cables like Fiber Optic cable, Control Cables and Thermocouple Cable.• Issued Site Surveillance reports, for poor quality of construction work at the site.• Attending Quality & Progress meetings with contractors to highlight and resolve the issues concerned with the quality of construction work.• Verifying the drawings and RFI’s with the Engineering for the latest in revisions and As-built.• Familiar with Yokogawa, Honeywell, Bartley Naveda and Invensys system.• Installation, SAT Activities, Functional and logic check, loop check, I/O testing interlocks, fault finding troubleshooting, supervisory systems and interface to control system, peer to peer communication & modbus loops.• , smoke detection, deluge systems, function check etc.• Raising the punches for all faults which are not as per the standards and project specification and carry out the appropriate remedial works.,Installation, Calibration and loop checking of the field instruments (Emerson Rosemount, ABB, Enderss & Hauser, Bentley Naveda, Honeywell and Yokogawa.• In charge of Maintenance and calibration of the control valves, MOV and PSV.• Installation and configuration of Flow meters (Electromagnetic, orifice plate, ultrasonic, turbine, variable area) of ABB, Rosemount, and Krohne etc.• Installation, Calibration and commissioning of Weigh scale including load cells.• Designing, implementing and commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements.• Review of control philosophy, P&ID, Cause and effect, instrument list, flow chart and I/O list.• Preparing master data sheet for PM schedule, ensuring safe efficient performing.• Technical support for the entire instrumentation group and control systems procurement team.• Leading a team of construction phase, loop check, calibration shop, trouble shooting, Functional check up to commissioning and stat up.• Reporting to the management daily basis.

• Responsible for FAT & SAT of PLC, Blower Package, Transformer & E&I buildings.• Responsible for all the Fire & Gas system device installation, testing and commissioning with Vendor.• Calibration of all types of PT,TT,FT,LT, Gauges, switches, Valves,• Coordinate with project QC Inspector, Engineers and Client to ensure good quality and good workmanship• Responsible for the communication system Installation and commission for Internet and telecommunication for entire admin building and E&I rooms • Responsible for energizing of PLC, Marshaling cabinets motor, Pumps, transformer and Switch gear.• Responsible for Cathodic protection system installation testing and commissioning. • Raise the profile of Quality within the construction team by promoting best Practice.• Raise the punch item and verify after the completion and sign off.• Final walk down with client Sub System wise after mechanical completion and System hand over.• Review final construction package before hand over to client. S• Following the LOTO procedure after energizing the System and marinating the logs.

Responsibilities:• Responsible for Calibration check of all Instruments with respect to Data Sheet prior to iSnstallation at site.• Ensure that all the construction activities are ready for inspection prior to request for Inspection is raised.• Responsible for the all inspection related to Electrical & Instrumentation like cable tray, grounding, cable trench and duck bank inspection prior to cable pulling layer wise up to final back filling and compaction. • Responsible for the Documentation work of instruments data sheets and check with the latest revisions.• Responsible for Installation of automations systems such as PLC and DCS.• Ensure that all the test equipment shall have a valid calibration certificate and sticker indicating the calibration data and Due Date.• Review instrument loop folders prior to loop check as per standards or Matrix. • Attends Quality/Construction meeting to highlight and resolve the issues related with Instrumentation.
