Prepared training and competency development plan for the civil servants, designed and structured the training modules, and delivered the training courses through a mix of in-house and external resource persons. Implemented the systematic approach to training that involved identification of training needs, designing of training modules, delivery of training courses, and assessment of the results in terms of the impact of the training on performance. Coordinated and supervised a number of training programs, workshops and seminars to train the civil servants and develop their competencies in their functional areas. Developed a pool of quality trainers, who can promote training in partnership with the departments, ministries and organizations in order to build competencies and hone functional skills.Successfully completed trainer development program on “Mentoring & Facilitation Skills,” “Direct Trainers Skill,” and “Design of Training” conducted by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India in association with the Thames Valley University, United Kingdom.
