Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS), being an auxiliary to the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) and a part of the World largest humanitarian network, has been at the forefront to provide humanitarian assistance since 1973. Humanitarian sectors we cover are: Disaster Response (DR); Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR); Health Services and Training ; Blood Safety & Availability; Shelter & Non- Food Items; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH); Livelihoods; Restoring Family Links (RFL); Disaster Management Capacity Building in youth volunteers, etc. The services are provided under different programmes and projects through 68 BDRCS units across the country.

❖ Coordination mechanism integrated with the cluster approach ❖ Sectorial coordination through the ‘cluster approach’ ❖ Ensure functions of clusters with the 6 Core Functions ❖ Conduct registration interviews for refugees/FDMNs and record information collected into UNHCR proGres and the Biometrics Identity Management System (BIMS) databases, including biodata, photographs, biometrics, and specific needs according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). ❖ Print and distribute individual and family identification documents. ❖ Support in related registration processes, including scheduling, ushering, reception, and admission. ❖ To conduct home visits in camps in Cox's Bazar. ❖ To support the Programme Manager in implementing the MRRO's Registration action plan for 2023. ❖ To undertake field visits to gather the information related to the Registration documentation. ❖ To be responsible to produce statistical report for Registration team with appropriate information. ❖ Take responsibility for specific areas of the program activities as delegated by the Programme Manager. ❖ Serve as the liaison for the assigned department with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies; negotiate and resolve sensitive and controversial issues in discussion with UNHCR Registration Colleagues. ❖ Maintain an effective working relationship with BDRCS and UNHCR's counterparts. ❖ Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and half-yearly reports based on analysis and statistics on regular activities. ❖ Perform duties upholding respect and adherence to the fundamental principles of International Red Cross and Crescent movement as well as Code of Conduct of UNHCR. Perform any other duties as instructed by the line manager.

★Team utilization.★Team mobilization. ★Depth monitoring INMS with situation of power shutdown. ★Handling a team of 50+ technical and non - Technical staff.★Handling & supporting passive equipment (Diesel Generator, portable Generator, Rectifier, AC,IVS, Battery, AC & DC power system, AVR etc) job with deep technical knowledge.

★Overall responsible to run 24*7 hours operation and maintenance work in (both part active & passive) telecommunication in a region.★Achieving the monthly targeted revenue by performing both corrective and preventive maintenance within agreed SLA and KPI.★Maintaining preventive maintenance (PM) schedule, standard and quality.★Communicating with customers, understanding the customer’s requirement as per SOW and performing accordingly.★preparing daily activity report for management. ★Handling at least 500+ sites.

★NODE- B and BTS 3900, BTS 3900L, BTS 3012 all alarm maintenance and Microwave link maintenance RTN- 905, RTN- 905A, RTN- 980★Rectifier & Battery installation, operation and maintenance. ★TRX, Cell down, MDB's phase missing and all over telecom equipment (FCU, VDT, AVR, ATS AC & DC power) operation and maintenance.
