My name is Joseph Mercado, from Long Island, New York. Personal growth started in my childhood years at the age of 7, when I picked up my first personal development book called: "How To Read A Person Like A Book." It helped me understand human behavior and the reason behind people's physiological psychology. It taught me how body language defines a persons thoughts and feelings. When I turned 8 years old, I started reading and memorizing words in the dictionary while reading the Book of Psalms and Proverbs in the Bible. Certain words were difficult to understand. I needed a tool to build my vocabulary and to make sense of what I was reading. The dictionary became my best friend before going to sleep at night with a flashlight, since I wasn't sure what certain words meant. I knew it was imperative that I increase my level of vocabulary. This way, it made sense when I went back to re-read it. By the time I was 11 years old, I had picked up my first mind-set book called: Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins. I became infatuated with how the mind and brain works as to why we as humans, think the way we think and do the things we do. It has become my ultimate passion to help people deal with negativity in the mind both, psychologically, spiritually, and emotionally. It is one of the main reasons as to why I wrote the book series called: The Undiscovered You: Healing Your Negative Thoughts Using The Law of Replacement and created the Healing Your Negative Thoughts presentation. The accumulation of experiences has given me the ability to not only help myself and get through some deep trenches in life, but to also be a leading example to other people who battle with negative thinking. If you have difficulty with your thoughts, feelings, or emotions, allow me to help you. I want to provide you with the necessary tools you will need to help you shift negative energy into positive results. Positive change begins with a single thought of action.
