Customer Service Support Specialist
Current• Make outbound calls to stores and customers regarding all areas of the customer's account• Resolve credit inquiries on new and accounts• Update information and legal details of the customer's business to maintain the account• Review, distribute, and manage documents sent from customer• Assist underwriting by processing verified sub account application(s) and credit line increase requests• Assist with lost payments, business validations, payment applications, and other customer requests• Initiate letters regarding business validations and closed accounts and statement reprints• Make use of problem solving/decision making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
