I hold the Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and Project Management (PM) certifications, which reflect my proficiency and professionalism in handling diverse and complex projects and regulations.My passion is to provide quality and affordable housing to low-income and underserved communities. I have overseen the operations and compliance of a portfolio of properties that are funded by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and HUD programs.
