LATAM People Business Partner's Lead: 2 team members. - Strategic partner: support Business transformation & coach managers | Partner with Client Teams' managers to support business goals with the People strategy | Align objectives with our client's people team to ensure the execution of our employee journey. - Design and execute People processes and programmes to accomplish the team's OKRs. - Support team members' growth and development by finding the best assignment match.

- Managing Parser's Argentina kick-off and supporting its growth, by helping staff departments to implement their processes and especially talent acquisition.- Partner with the HR department of our biggest client for the correct implementation of our people strategies.- Collaborate in the design and implementation of People core processes and programs such as onboarding and buddy support, offboarding, performance reviews and mentorships, pulse surveys, and referral programs among others.

New Business Unit Development - Mobile App for Mystery Shopping- Recruit an IT team to ensure the development of the mobile app.- Project Management: Partner with the internal departments to ensure the development of the new business unit, supporting timelines and budget control. - Define the new business unit branding and communication style aligned to the culture and community needed. - Recruit mystery shoppers aligned to the user profile defined. Coach managers and support internal People need.

- Implement and ensure continuous improvement of policies and processes defined for the headquarter people management. - Talent Acquisition: design and execute end-to-end recruiting processes for staff teams, sales teams, and "idoneos" (profiles needed to open a franchise). - Change management: support the integration of the internal sales team and work together with franchises to ensure teamwork. - Support all Argentinian Franchises in building their own HR departments and implementing talent acquiring the best practices.

- Design together with an external HR consultancy the internal people department. - Support and coach managers of the business areas to ensure the best experience possible for team members. - Create an internal reporting structure, job definition and descriptions and OKR per department to improve team members' engagement. - Talent Acquisition: run end-to-end recruiting processes.
