Impresión 3D SMSL Sinterizado, Fresado, Torno Suizo CNC.-Desarrollo estrategia marketing y comunicacional para reposicionar la empresa en un mercado tradicional de protesis analógicas versus este producto innovador y disruptivo en el mercado de la salud bucal, con grandes barreras de entrada y cumplimento de leyes sanitarias.- Desarrollé estrategia de marketing digital con agencia especializada.- Creación de charlas y asistencias a Congresos para especialistas rehabilitadores y laboratoristas.- Elaboración, desarrollo y análisis técnico, RRHH, costos, flujo de caja,etc. de la propuesta enviada a Corfo, para concursar en Proyecto: Crea e Innova en Biotecnología (Marzo 2019). Fondos Obtenidos: $120.000.000- Rediseñé los flujos de trabajo de producción, administrativos y comerciales.- Elaboración, desarrollo y análisis técnico, RRHH, costos, flujo de caja,etc. - Generé un proyecto para concursar a fondos del Gobierno de Chile: CORFO- Crea e Innova en Biotecnología (Marzo 2019). Fondos Obtenidos: (USD 160.000).

-Creación estrategia marketing & comunicación: Desarrollo de la área de equipos de impresión digital dentro de una empresa con foco en tecnologías de impresión industrial. Por ende hubo que crear nueva estrategia de comunicación a sus clientes y mercado donde se comunicaba esta nueva línea de negocios.-Dentro de dicha estrategia desarrolle equipo de ventas de la empresa y eventos con clientes y potenciales usuarios de la tecnología. (Chile y Argentina).

Desarrollo de estrategia Marketing y Ventas para desarrollo de una nueva área en una empresa orientada a ventas industriales (comodities) versus soluciones tecnológicas con ventas consultivas.In this position I was responsible for creating from scratch a different unit of business the core business of Antalis: digital printing equipment.To this end I searched for a good team of professionals from different areas, such as engineers, salespeople and advisory product manager.Then I spend to get premium brands for distribution in the territory of Chile and the rest of the conglomerate Antalis Latam. Like: Konica Minolta, Mutoh, Gerber, Caldera, Uchida, etc.Over the last 4 years I growth the area on a 1524%.

In this position I took care to support the sales force to introduce new products and provide extensive training in the digital printing industry.

In this position I took care to maintain customer loyalty and develop brand Kodak offset plates.Getting a 54% growth as a result of my management.I also dealt with the tratao with Kodak supplier, to make purchases, keep the stock and the rotation thereof to minimize breaks of merchandise.At the end of my period also actively I collaborated in the penetration of products CTP for flexo polymers in the local market.Visiting and advising the companies dedicated to the field of flexography, product manager with Kodak and especilistas of the FTA.

This project was based on the alliance of two different companies, a pertencia the category of photography and the other for large format printing.My intervention was to design and produce digital products for HP Indigo technology B2B.The alliance of the two companies was not a good idea, so the project did not work as expected.

In this position I was responsible for organizing human resources, internal organization, equipment purchases, spare parts and consumables.In addition to the basic tasks of a technical service, support in the pre and post sales solutions, install, train and support in the implementation of production equipment.After organizing the periodic preventive maintenances and have immediate accessibility to unpredictable cases of equipment failure by corrective failures.I´m very proud about the result because the Hp company (scitex unit) did a customer survey to all my customers regarding the technicall services, and the results were 100% of satisfaction.

At this stage of development of the indigo (now Hp, digital presses) technology, an intensive after-sales support is required.For this I traveled to Europe to train in Indigo hardware and software to support my team of engineers with the installed base of 11 presses in Argentina.

My main function was to organize and manage support all demonstrations, facilities, and support production of all equipment installations Scitex brand. (from CTF, workflows, etc.). In addition to all the attention in the field to customers who have a problem with your digaital system.For this was a very intensive work to retrain operators and pre conventional printing presses to digital.I attended the technical configurations and design of the 87 facilities in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.

Here developed the task of managing the digital workflow Scitex, from digitization to output films ready for offset printing process.Besides being responsible for the quality control of the turn he operated at the company.This work allowed me to work at a printing press where I could learn all production processes are done in a printing press.
