Supervisor
Current- Ensures that ALL GUESTS have an AWESOME EXPERIENCE, and are EXCITED to come back by taking actions daily to contribute to a building wide NPS of 85%- Effectively opens and closes the venue, ensuring all departments have completed required duties leading to successful shift transitions- Managing day-to-day operations including monitoring and taking actions to improve daily labor ratios; making adjustments to the TA to ensure coverage in all theaters while maximizing guest experience and server par; and managing building resources to support FOH and BOH to run effectively, efficiently, and with a focus on quality assurance- Resolving guest issues to guest satisfaction by actively listening, assessing the situation, providing the appropriate recovery- Resolving daily interpersonal server issues by actively coaching and providing leadership- Spearheaded the effort to engage in daily shift meetings with all servers to ensure a successful PM1 round- Professionally communicates to resolve all service issues in all areas of the building (inter-management, kitchen, runners, servers, bar, etc) and keep staff informed of daily events, upcoming events, and relevant developments- Maintains an upbeat and positive presence on the floor, cycling through theaters, service bar, bar, and kitchen, during operations, ready and available to jump in an assist and/or assign the appropriate resources to get the job done- Maintains a distraction-free guest experience by spending time in theaters enforcing the no-talk/texting policy through education, guest warnings, and guest ejections according to company standards- Accurately performs staff and department checkouts, following company expectations of proper/safe money handling standards while maintaining proper cash handling procedures are followed- Ensures all payments are accounted for (cash and credit vouchers), all comps are verified and staff has been properly developed on tip declaration
