I'm a passionate social worker with a proven track record in driving transformative change and fostering inclusive communities. With over 5 years of experience, my expertise spans Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), campaign strategy, and impactful advocacy.In my role as Senior Manager at the National Women’s Law Center (NWLC), I lead dynamic campaigns giving voice to marginalized communities in education. From tackling book bans to championing inclusive education, I energize and mobilize communities around critical issues.As a DEI leader, I designed and implemented training at Amazon, reaching over 1 million employees. My own private practice, Magical Black Womxn Thrive LLC, reflects my commitment to supporting Black and Brown women and fostering positive change. I consult with businesses addressing privilege and oppression while creating narratives that shift perspectives. We focus on reproductive justice, offering specialized therapy and shaping tailored treatment plans for individual clients.In academia, I serve as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland, continuously enhancing DEI knowledge among graduate students.
