I'm everything about life science patents and innovation. My team handles patent portfolio management, due diligence (and associated opinion work), and strategy in the life science arena including patent term extension under 35 USC 156, patent term adjustment under 154, managing supplemental protection certificates, and Orange Book issues. We handle prosecution tied to litigation and IPRS, joint entity prosecution arising from collaborations, and strategies to move matters through the USPTO. I am a member of the IPO Education Foundation Board. I have served the IP legal community as the Secretary and Board member for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), and in committee chair positions for AIPLA's Women in IP and Biotechnology Committees.
