I am responsible for developing and delivering Global Front Office Foreign Exchange trading applications for the spot/forward and sales desks in a fast-paced environment. This is a greenfield program seeking to replace and enhance the current platform with the latest technologies. The team is agile, diverse and distributed between London and Toronto, with a multi-technology approach. I am responsible for project governance, implementing controls mechanisms to ensure delivery, as well as handling stakeholder management, third-party vendors and coordinating between risk, pricing, and support teams. Thought leadership program - I led the Program Management Methodology Thought Leadership, with the responsibility of managing a team of 5 Project managers/ Business Analysts to challenge and disrupt the company approaches to software lifecycle management. I gave strategic vision on how to create, redefine and improve these processes. RBC Graduate Program - I was part of the graduate program working alongside HR, interviewing and advising the company on candidates and their abilities for the fulfillment of roles. Teaching Kids to Code - I am part of this initiative to teach computer science concepts, mathematics and coding to children in Years 3 and 4 (7 and 8 years old) in less privileged communities in London. My responsibilities include thinking, planning and teaching projects the children can work on from beginners to advanced. Software used Hopscotch, Scratch and Dash and Dot Robots.

I was responsible for developing and delivering Global Front Office Foreign Exchange Options, building a greenfield trading platform which also included pricing capabilities to the eCommerce OTC trading platform. My responsibilities included the development of the long-term strategy for the project, project governance, communication with stakeholders, steering committee meetings and engagement with the business to develop and implement FX options products.
