By pairing workflow automation with metadata capture, Ironclad lets legal teams at places like Dropbox, HotelTonight, and GoFundMe contribute centrally to their businesses. Created content and oversee analytics for UC Berkeley's key social media channels on Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat and Instagram. Content developed for a variety of audiences including students, potential students, alumni, faculty and staff, and the overall Berkeley community. This position was very data-intensive and included monitoring information on a variety of metric collection platforms to make sure we are serving our audiences the best user experience possible.

Inaugural member of the Seigenthaler Scholars federal court reporting program. Covered cases concerning immigration, gang activity and bank robbery. Built relationships with federal judges, U.S. attorneys, public defenders and eminent attorneys in private practice.

Created and led a team of university students from around the country that developed publicity campaigns for First Inkling, an international collegiate literary magazine based at SUNY Rockland. As a satellite editor, I scheduled weekly, remote conferences with team members. Collaborated with web designers to construct a custom layout for the site. Volunteered to sit on the magazine's editorial board and assisted with the selection of prose, poetry and literary nonfiction.
