* Manage Purchasing, Logistics departments and 3PL.* Set up long term supplier strategy.* Lead a WFOE (Wholly Foreign Ownership Enterprise) Conversion project.

Job functions in Sea Star : * Manage the whole EMS operations, including PM, SCM (Purchasing, PMC, Warehouse, Customs Dept.) and Operations (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Dept.)* Set up the KPI system and lead staff to continuous improvement and meet the company goal.* Define, monitor and control the budget to maintain the P&L for EMS and Kitting Operations.* Excellent in supply chain management, plan order, shipment tracking, inventory control and E&O management, cost reduction program, sales forecast and order management.* Good in Program Management to drive NPI successful, profits, orders scheduling, AR, inventory management.* Conducts all activities in a fair and ethical manner, which is in compliance with all corporate policies.

* Lead PMC and Purchasing Departments.* Excellent in SCM with local and global teams, global planning, plan order and shipment tracking, inventory control and E&O management, cost reduction program, sales forecast management, system and process control.* Good coordination on customer audit, maintain and comply with the logistics policy and procedure.* Well manage the Project Transfer Program from overseas to China and NPI materials coordination.* Maintain the OMC (Order Management Cycle) and MDS linearity all the time.

 Re-organize and expand the Purchasing and PMC teams both in HK and in China. Sourcing, qualifying and auditing suppliers at the early stage and annual audit.  Materials Planning, Control the inventory in safe and healthy stock level.  Work closely with Sales teams for sales forecast, buffer stock and E&O settlement, etc.  Work closely with Engineering Department for NPI, sourcing, samples qualification, etc.
