Terra Systems partnered with Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) to provide essential services. As a Call Centre Representative, I assisted individuals navigating immigration processes, addressed health-related inquiries, and ensured a positive experience for each caller.Additionally, my language correction skills, particularly in Tamil, were recognized, leading to an expanded role. I was asked to assist the Ministry of Law's Department, where I corrected mistakes in scripts and converted text to speech. This experience not only allowed me to apply my language proficiency but also contributed to the effective communication of important information.
