With over 35 years of experience in community advocacy and capacity building, Mercy is theco-creator of Visthar, a non-formal Academy of Justice and Peace. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Visthar, Mercy has initiated, designed, and implemented international and national study programs for students, social workers, and other professionals. For over two decades, Mercy's focus has been on capacity building for civil society organizations in gender, diversity, and development.
