I work as a HR assistant for the internet providing company above. My roles are:• Assisting in recruitment of new workers.• Assisting in drafting the employees’ contracts.• Answering phone calls and emails.• Ordering supplies and data entry.• Conflict resolution among employees to ensure company values are upheld.• Working collaboratively with the universal departments and staffs for the benefits of those in need of our services.• Performing any other duty assigned by the HR Manager

I undertook my industrial attachment in the Ministry of Education Human Resource Management Directorate. I got to participate in some Human Resource Operations which include; data entry and updating of records, record keeping and retrieval of personnel records, learnt the procedures and policies guiding pensions on staff training and development, retirement and other natural occurrences.
