As a Human Resources Manager, I gained valuable experience in Human Resources while working for Goodwill Inc. for 10 years. While in Human Resources I learned all aspects of Human Resources and I found that my passion was helping people. In particular, I found that recruiting was the one area of Human Resources where I could impact an organization positively and immediately. I Specialize in exceeding the needs of my clients while also satisfying the needs of recruits. I joined the HiPo Executive Recruiting Team to help companies find top executive talent.In addition, I hold an Associates Degree from Long Beach City College, in Business Management and an Associates Degree form I.T.A.I.C. Theology College. I'm a California Real Estate Licensee. I obtained 10 years direct experience as a Business Owner in Real Estate, financial consulting and venture capital. In my spare time, I continue to help people as I volunteer at the local food shelter in my community to help serve those in need.
