A virtue hard to learn * Completing and ensuring that all contracts, union paperwork, and hiring of the best possible staff is completed within timeframes that will allow production to begin as scheduled. * Ensuring that all supplies and equipment will be on site, assembled and ready to use when required both in the studio and in remote locations. * Completing long hours of work to ensure that the film is completed on schedule. * Working on both the set and within the business office during the actual filming and assisting with editing and revisions as required.

- Establishes and oversees cross-departmental workflow procedures to ensure timely and efficient production of all marketing projects.- Recommends, implements, and ensures adoption of selected workflow tools and best practices/procedures.- In collaboration with creative and marketing team leaders, establishes standard production calendars and turnaround times for various project types.- Monitors and enforces adherence to production schedules and deadlines, both internally and externally with suppliers.- Develops and manages effective system(s) for tracking and reporting on the status of active projects weekly.
