Work with farmers, agri-export enterprises, development partners and trade development institutions (TSI’s) related to agricultural development, to build information and skills capacity in the agriculture sector in Fiji. The primary objective is to aid these groups to make better decisions to increase agricultural production and exports. Key Activities: Advisory Work, Technology Transfer, Facilitation, Reporting, Research and Analysis and Supervision.

1. Coordinate the collection of information and data with stakeholders necessary for the development of Agriculture Sector.2. Ensure effective and efficient implementation of Capital and Non – Capital programme by developing appropriate plan and monitoring system.3 Planning and monitoring of all capitals projects.4.Ensure all machineries and vehicles records are well maintained and updated.5. Ensure timely submission of business plans and other relevant reports.Principal Account-abilities1.0 Assist in the provision of information and statistical data through consultation with stakeholders for the improvement of agriculture sector and assists in the development within the Province.2.0 Ensure effective and efficient implementation of program in the Province by developing appropriate plan and monitoring system.3.0 Ensure appropriate management of expenditure by regular monitoring and coordination in compliance with appropriate financial regulations.4.0 Submit returns and reports of all resources by complying with relevant legislation through Provincial Crop Extension Performance.
