I'm a problem solver - a solution seeker. I completed the Masters of Evaluation (2018) and Most Significant Change (MSC) Course (2019) to compliment my development career. I have a generalist approach to M&E through active career experience in donor funded development projects, tourism advisory, energy (renewable and non-renewable), climate change, corporate sustainability, law and justice, environmental management, stakeholder engagement, vocational training and education, sustainable business/economic development and a dash of resilience. A reliable and enthusiastic development and MEL practitioner with experience in collaborative programme design and operations, project management, evaluation and monitoring planning and implementation and reporting. Always developing practice into the specialist skills of a credible Evaluator in the international development field so I'm actively looking for opportunities to work with an evaluation team or as a lead Evaluator.
