Extensive experience working on election and democracy assistance programming funded by USAID, DFID, DFAT, SDC, GAC and DANIDA. Expertise in the areas of gender and inclusion, having worked both with election management bodies to develop outreach and inclusion strategies as well as managing portfolios of up to 30 civil society grants working on civic/voter education and equality efforts targeting marginalized populations. Served as the lead proposal writer on awards totaling over 40 million USD across five donors. Experienced trainer, and fully accredited to conduct Building Resources in Democracy, Governance and Elections (BRIDGE) trainings. Long-term postings include Indonesia, Burma/Myanmar, Ukraine, Sri Lanka, and Guyana; mid to short term missions include Sierra Leone, Moldova, Nepal, Cambodia and Timor-Leste.
